Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Oman is the leading manufacturer of Decorative and Protective paints and the market leader in Oman. The company is ISO certified and has been awarded with “His Majesty Cup” for the best factory in Oman 3 times. We are currently looking for an Omani national for the position of Marketing Executive within the Jotun MEIA graduate program reporting into the Assistant Marketing Manager.
Follow up the regional guidelines to develop and revamp Jotun Multicolor shops in Oman.
Implementation, design & development of existing shops, both in-store decoration and sign board facades of shops to serve customer needs according to Jotun guidelines.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal parties to install painting, furniture and marketing material and machines.
Develop new systems to serve marketing material (POSM) in the shops and assist the sales team in implementing them.
Create an action plan for how we can design and develop Jotun Multiclor shops in the coming years.

Academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
1-3 years of relevant experience
Personal skills such as initiative, independence, ability to build networks, excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as leadership potential.
Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
