Abu Dhabi - Provide direction on the implementation of strategy for Personnel Services within schools, ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures that set the standards for staff and teacher training and career development; Conduct and deliver successful workforce and manpower planning to ensure that the personnel requirements of the Sectors are fulfilled in support of the Strategic Plan; Implement strategy that focuses on the successful recruitment of teachers and administrative staff within schools and within Central; maintain an extensive knowledge of the teacher employment market and focus strategy on how to attract the best teachers, from key benchmarked countries; Develop and administer procedures for personnel management and growth for teachers and staff within schools.Implement a formal appraisal system, procedures for staff growth, discipline and dismissal.Implement strategies to retain and attract new school staff; Focus on the professional growth and development of existing teachers, ensuring that they receive the appropriate support and guidance to grow professionally within their careers, establish processes that incorporate objective setting, performance management, career modelling and professional growth Ensure all recruitment and training procedures implemented for teachers are aligned to the requirements and policies set by the Public Affairs Department (PAD); Manage teacher recruitment, transfer, and dismissal; implement and interpret teacher employment contracts; Oversee the development of tools and procedures for the assessment of teachers for the purpose of facilitating professional growth; Develop contingency plans and secure the resources to deal with staff shortages by building and maintaining an internal substitute/supply teacher contingency; Develop and manage a School Staff Support Section to ensure that school staff queries are resolved efficiently and accurately Interested Candidates with similar experience please send your CV to recuae14(at)gmail(dot)com Skills Master's Degree in business or education.
